General Terms and Conditions for Participation in Tours of Travel Agency C HUBERTUS of Mi & Ja agency spol. s ro (hereinafter referred to as the “General Contractual Terms and Conditions”) are concretisation of the general legal regulation contained in the Civil Code as amended as well as in other valid legal regulations and are binding for all tours, stays and services provided by the travel agency CK HUBERTUS .

The following general terms and conditions of the HUBERTUS travel agency are valid for all tours and tourism services organized by the travel agency CK HUBERTUS of Mi & Ja agency spol. s ro, ID: 47 104 287, operation Letna 27, 043 14 Kosice, Slovakia, headquarters Bauerova 36, 040 23 Kosice (hereinafter also referred to as CK HUBERTUS, "customer"). These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the travel contract, which the travel agency CK HUBERTUS concludes with the traveler.

Pre-contractual information, travel contract and contractual relations

Pre-contractual information is provided in writing by means of the current catalog, which forms an integral part of the contract and which is available on the CK HUBERTUS website (www.ckhubertus.com), 24 hours and 7 days a week and is also provided directly at the CK sales point. HUBERTUS or through durable media before buying a tour. Key information, such as the main features of tourism services or the prices provided by HUBERTUS in advertising, on the website, in additional offers, catalogs, etc. get CK HUBERTUS reserves the right to unilaterally change these facts when it makes these changes clearly, comprehensibly and clearly known to the passenger before the travel contract is concluded.

  1. I. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
    1. Participants in the contractual relationship are: a) Contracting authority: CK HUBERTUS travel agency of Mi & Ja agency spol. s ro, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice I, Section Sro, File No. 31999 / V, with its registered office at Bauerova 36, 040 23 Košice, operation: Letna 27, 043 14 Kosice, Slovakia, ID No .: 47 104 287, which enters into the contractual relationship as the contracting entity in its own name or through a network of external authorized dealers.b) Client: natural or legal person competent for legal acts. Pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is the person who entered into a contract with the HUBERTUS Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer, Tour Participant, Hunting Guest").
    2. The contractual relationship between the HUBERTUS travel agency and the customer is based on a written Contract of Purchase of a tour of the confirmed HUBERTUS travel agency and the payment of the advance by the customer to the HUBERTUS travel agency of Mi & Ja agency spol. Ltd. By confirming the travel contract, the HUBERTUS travel agency undertakes to arrange the tour for the agreed extent, quality (offered combination of services in tourism) and in accordance with the agreed conditions. By confirming the contractual relationship, the customer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the trip properly and on time. The Customer is responsible for the correctness and completeness of all data that he has entered into the contract for the purchase of the trip.
  2. II. RATE PRICE, PRICE CONDITIONS, PAYMENT CONDITIONS
    1. The price of the trip is set by agreement between the customer and CK HUBERTUS. Prices of individual tours and related services are listed in the catalog price list or on the page www.ckhubertus.com. The basic price of the trip includes those services that are listed for each tour offer as a service that includes the price. Any additional services beyond those listed in the basic offer (hereinafter "flat rate") may be provided with a claim for payment of these services. The binding and agreed price is specified in the contract for the purchase of the trip. In the price list on the website www.ckhubertus.com, and in the catalog are indicative prices for which the prices of the procured services and fees were known at the time of product preparation. Travel catalogs are issued in advance. HUBERTUS therefore reserves the right to make changes to the data contained in the tour catalog before concluding the tour contract. In the event that the data in the contract for the purchase of the trip and in the catalog differ, the data stated in the contract for the purchase of the trip are binding.
    2. The price of the trip is the price that CK HUBERTUS confirms for the services ordered by the customer in the contract for the purchase of the trip. Prices are contractual prices between HUBERTUS on the one hand and the customer on the other. The pricing content is listed in the individual service offerings. Prices include VAT.
    3. CUB HUBERTUS is entitled to unilaterally increase the price of the trip in the event of:
      • increase in transport costs, including fuel prices
      • increase in transport-related payments, such as airport and port charges, which are included in the tour price
      • the change in the Euro rate used to determine the trip price by more than 5% on average, if this increase occurs by the 21st day before the start of the trip, respectively. start of the service.

      The HUBERTUS CK will send the written notice of the price increase to the Customer no later than 21 days before the start of the tour, otherwise the HUBERTUS Travel Agent will not be entitled to pay the difference in the price of the tour. The Customer does not thereby have the right to withdraw from the Contract without paying contractual penalties.

    4. HUBERTUS has the right to pay the price of the services before they are provided and the customer is obliged to pay the price of the services before they are provided. The customer pays, either a deposit of 50% of the tour price, or the full price of the tour, when concluding the contract for the purchase of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.Reservation: The customer can make a reservation by completing and sending the order on the website www.ckhubertus.com. The reservation will be canceled if, within 5 days, a duly completed and signed tour contract is paid to the HUBERTUS travel agency and paid, depending on the duration of the trip 50%, a 100% tour price and all the ordered tour services. The travel contract will be sent by CK HUBERTUS by post or by post. by email to the customer the email address listed. A contract for the purchase of a tour is considered valid and effective by signing it by both parties. at a time longer than 30 days before the start of the trip, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the tour price, unless otherwise agreed.

      In the event of a contractual relationship in less than 30 days before starting the trip, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the trip price. The supplement to the total price of the tour, which was agreed with him in the contract for the purchase of the tour, must be paid by the customer no later than 30 days before the start of the service agreed in the contract for the tour.

      When paying by postal order, the term of payment is understood as the date on which HUBERTUS receives a receipt for payment.

      Payment by invoice or bank transfer means the date on which the required amount is credited to CK HUBERTUS's account.

      In case of payment of the trip in time less than 20 days before entering the trip, the customer is obliged to transfer the payment by cash deposit to the account of CK HUBERTUS. In the case of failure to comply with the date of payment of the tour price by the customer, the HUBERTUS travel agency is entitled to cancel his / her participation in the tour, with the costs of cancellation (cancellation fees) being paid by the customer. Without paying the full price of the trip in the time specified in the contract for the purchase of the trip and in these general terms and conditions, the customer is not entitled to take part in the trip and use the services. The proof of accommodation and the use of other services, depending on what the combination of services (flat rate) includes, will in principle be handed over to the customer only after full payment of the tour price. In exceptional cases (eg late order), the price of the tour or service is payable immediately in full.

    5. The Customer is entitled to provide services only after the full price of the ordered services has been paid. In the event that the Customer fails to comply with the deadline for payment of the entire price of the ordered services for any reason, CUB HUBERTUS is entitled to demand payment of a contractual penalty in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
  3. III. CONTRACTING RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
    1. ORDER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS1.1. Customer has the right:The right to duly provide paid services in the agreed scope, quality and in accordance with the concluded contract for the purchase of the trip.

      The right to request information from the HUBERTUS CK on all facts relating to contractually agreed and paid services that have not been included in the catalog.

      The right to be notified in contractually agreed or statutory terms of any changes to the agreed services, possible changes to the program, scope of services and price. In case of substantial changes, the Customer's consent is required. The right to complain about defects and its handling in accordance with the article on complaints of these general terms and conditions.

      The right to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the tour at any time before the start of the service without giving any reason under the conditions specified in these general terms and conditions and under the conditions of payment of the calculated cancellation fee.

      The right to receive, no later than 7 days before the start of the trip, other necessary information about all facts that are important for the customer and which are known to the HUBERTUS CK, if not included in the contract for the provision of the trip, in particular:

      1. specification of data regarding additional payments for services, the price of which is not included in the trip price, their number and amount, if they are part of the trip;
      2. information on accommodation, its name, location, category, class, level of amenities and main characteristics, if any;
      3. details of the type, characteristics and category of means of transport;
      4. travel route data if a trip is included in the trip;
      5. information on the manner and extent of catering if it is part of the trip.

      If the customer does not have instructions yet 7 days before the start of the trip, he / she is obliged to inform CUB HUBERTUS immediately in order to remedy the situation. If the Customer fails to notify himself that he has not received instructions for the last 7 days prior to departure, CUB HUBERTUS considers that the Ordering Party has received the instructions in a timely and complete manner.

      If the contract for the tour is concluded within a shorter time than 7 days, before the start of the tour, CUB HUBERTUS will fulfill this obligation when concluding the tour contract.

      The Customer has the right to contact the representative of HUBERTUS, to which the Customer may contact in case of difficulties during the trip.

      The right to notify CUB HUBERTUS in writing prior to the start of the trip that another person named in the announcement will take part in the tour. However, the Customer may only exercise this right within a period of 30 days prior to the start of the trip. The contracting authority reserves this in view of the time course and duration of administrative acts by state institutions. The announcement must also include a statement by the new customer that he agrees with the concluded contract for the purchase of the trip and the conditions stipulated therein and with the general terms and conditions. On the day of the delivery of the written notice, the person mentioned here becomes the Customer. The original and new customer are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the tour price and the reimbursement of the costs incurred by the HUBERTUS travel agency in connection with the change of the customer.

      The Client has the right to protect the personal data provided by the Customer in the contract for the purchase of the tour and other documents submitted to the travel agency in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data as amended and in the EU Regulation no. 2016/679, against unauthorized persons.

      1.2. Customer is required:

      To provide CUB HUBERTUS with the necessary assistance to ensure proper provision and provision of services, in particular to provide the required data in accordance with the contract for the provision of the trip, including any changes to this data, and to submit any other documents necessary for the proper provision of the agreed services (eg visa application, photo , firearms license, hunting license, insurance, invitation to hunt if not provided by travel agency and others necessary).

      Ensure the attendance and supervision of an adult participant during the trip for persons under the age of 15, as well as for persons whose health requires it.

      Report the participation of other nationals

      The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 50% for the trip on the day of signing and the supplementary payment within 30 days before leaving for the tour without being requested to do so by the travel agent, unless otherwise agreed. In case of a trip purchased less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the trip. In the event of a breach of this obligation, the tour operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract and also claim a claim for damages incurred by the travel agency by failing to comply with the contract terms.

      Have or arrange a valid travel document as required by the destination he / she plans to travel to (valid travel document 6 months after returning home, unless otherwise specified). Have a valid travel document, possibly a visa, with the country's passport and customs regulations. All costs incurred by the customer by non-compliance with these regulations shall be borne by the tour participant.

      Report any complaints immediately at the place of stay and assist the delegate in their removal. If the Customer fails to show the Delegate or the Service Provider on his own fault in time, he will not provide the necessary assistance in dealing with the complaint or when issuing a written record (complaint protocol).

      Every customer (hunting guest) is obliged to have a liability insurance for the performance of hunting rights and to have a valid hunting license. In the case of interest, HUBERTUS arranges for the conclusion of liability insurance in the exercise of hunting rights through its suppliers.

      In the event of an insured event, the Customer is obliged to contact the Delegate immediately, who is in charge of the Customer in dealing with any insured event, to comply with the rules of service providers and the national legislation of the country in which the trip takes place.

    2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF TRAVEL AGENCY HUBERTUS is obliged: Have a travel insurance contract concluded in the event of a travel agent's bankruptcy. Before concluding a contract for the purchase of a tour, inform the customer of all facts known to TA and which have an impact on the decision of the buyer to purchase the tour.

      Provide a pre-offered combination of tourism services.

      At least 7 days prior to the start of the trip, provide the client with written instructions for the trip, by sending them to the address of the customer specified in the heading of the contract for the purchase of the trip or in a manner agreed with CK HUBERTUS.

      The executed payment will not be returned to the customer if the customer did not attend the tour, due to incorrectly stated data in the contract for the tour, if the date and place of departure and / or departure did not appear in the instructions. leaving the customs zone for non-compliance with passport, customs, foreign exchange and other regulations.

      CUB HUBERTUS is not obliged to provide the Client with performance beyond the scope of the services confirmed and paid in writing.

      The HUBERTUS travel agency is obliged to hand over to the customer the documents relating to the insurance against insolvency of the travel agency and the documents of the comprehensive insurance of the client (in the case of its conclusion by means of the travel agency HUBERTUS).

      CUB HUBERTUS is obliged to protect the personal data of its clients in accordance with the applicable legislation contained in Act No. And EU Regulations 2016/679 on personal data protection.

      When canceling a trip, for reasons on the part of the travel agency, it is obliged to return to the customer the paid funds, respectively. preferentially offer vacancies on another trip or stay.

      If, after the start of the trip, CK HUBERTUS does not provide the Client with the services duly and on time, or is unable to provide them to the extent that it is committed, it is obliged to take immediate steps to continue the trip. If the trip cannot be arranged otherwise than by services of a lower quality than those agreed in the contract, CUB HUBERTUS is obliged to refund the price difference between the services offered and provided. This provision does not apply to chargeable charter ordered with unsuccessful hunting. This fact is considered a fact that CUB HUBERTUS is not able to influence with all its efforts.

  4. IV. CHANGE OF AGREED SERVICES AND CONDITIONS, CANCELLATIONFor the scope of contractually agreed services, the description of the services specified in the contract for the purchase of the trip and derived from the catalog offer is decisive. The extension of the agreed services beyond the scope of the catalog offer must be listed in the contract for the purchase of the tour or its amendment, confirmed by the HUBERTUS travel agency and paid prior to their provision. admissible in certain cases. The changes may concern the mode of transport, the airline, the type of bus / aircraft, the airline (if such services are procured through the HUBERTUS travel agency), route and date, or program during the trip. CUB HUBERTUS provides mediation of transport at the request of the customer.

    If the HUBERTUS travel agency is forced to change a substantial part of the package purchase contract before the start of the trip, it will propose this change to the customer. If the change is also related to the change in the price for the service provided by HUBERTUS, this price must be indicated. The Customer has the right to decide whether he agrees to change the Contract or withdraws from the Contract without paying contractual penalties. It will notify its decision to CUB HUBERTUS in writing within 5 days, otherwise it is considered that the customer agrees with the change and does not withdraw from the contract.

    The HUBERTUS travel agency is not responsible for any delays in transport and services provided, points out the possibility of its occurrence as a result of force majeure, due to slow traffic at border crossings, traffic situations on the road and so on. As these facts cannot be excluded in advance, the trip participant should take into account the possibility of complications of this kind when planning. CK is not responsible for these damages.

    In case the tour participant terminates the tour on his / her own initiative, or later than the other tour participants, he / she shall arrange for the transport and other related costs. The participant is not entitled to a financial reimbursement in the event of non-use of the services included in the trip.

    The HUBERTUS travel agency may change the route or the place of embarkation, if necessary for operational reasons, under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions.

    HUBERTUS CK can change the time and place of departure / arrival if necessary for operational reasons.

    HUBERTUS may cancel or translate the term of a trip or stay in cases of force majeure events that cannot be prevented even with due diligence or due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible or fundamentally restrictive. to complete the trip, subject to the conditions set forth in these general terms and conditions.

  5. V. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONBefore commencing the trip, CUB HUBERTUS may withdraw from the contract to arrange the trip on the grounds of cancellation of the trip and due to breach of the obligations agreed in the contract for the purchase of the trip and these general terms and conditions by the customer. power (ie from the reasons that HUBERTUS could not have prevented even with every effort). Withdrawal from the contract according to the previous point will be sent by CK HUBERTUS in writing and / or by e-mail to the address of the customer.

    During the tour, HUBERTUS may withdraw from the contract to arrange a tour in the following cases:

    1. immediately if the trip participant is seriously interfering with the course of the trip. In such a case, the interested party shall not be entitled to a refund of the aliquot part of the price of the services which have not been exhausted. The costs of withdrawal shall be borne by the person concerned.
    2. in the event of a break or early termination of the trip for reasons of "force majeure". In this case, HUBERTUS is obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure the transportation of participants to the Slovak Republic at the earliest possible date. HUBERTUS is entitled to reimbursement of a proportion of the services provided. The costs of early return shall be borne equally by the Parties. In the event that the tour participant does not enter the tour or fails to use duly secured services on his / her own initiative or in part or otherwise on the part of the subscriber, the price of the trip which corresponds to the amount of the payment for these services.

    In the case of a client's request for a change of contract the purchase of a trip which consists of changing the date of the trip or accommodation and CUB HUBERTUS is capable of providing such a change, the same applies to the withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of the trip and the conclusion of a new contract for the purchase of the trip, with the cancellation conditions specified in these terms and conditions, unless the Parties agree otherwise.

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the tour at any time before the start of the tour, respectively. before you start using the services:

    1. without giving a reason,
    2. due to a material breach of CUB HUBERTUS's contractual obligations.

    The written notice of withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of the trip is rather the customer either in the form of a record at the point of sale where the trip was purchased, or sent to the point of sale by registered mail, or delivered in another demonstrable manner. Effects of withdrawal occur on the day of writing the record at the point of sale, or. on the day of delivery of the written notice to the point of sale where the buyer purchased the tour.

    If the reason for withdrawal from the Contract is not a material breach of the obligation by CUB HUBERTUS stipulated in the contract for the tour, or if HUBERTUS withdraws from the contract for the tour due to breach of obligations by the Client before the tour begins, the Client is obliged to pay CK HUBERTUS a cancellation fee.

    height cancellation fee is determined by the number of days prior to the date of embarkation or start of service and is charged at:

    • basic overhead fee (even if you change the contract to arrange a trip) Customer's request 35 Eur. In particular, changes in currency, surname and other data. In the case of the delivery of a proposal for such a change in the contract for the purchase of the tour by the client within less than 5 days prior to the start of the tour, such a proposal is considered a withdrawal from the contract by the customer and the customer is obliged to pay CK HUBERTUS a contractual penalty in accordance with these general terms and conditions , and that:
    • 30% of the total cost of the trip if the effects of withdrawal occurred from 60 to 40 days before departure
    • 60% of the total trip price if the withdrawal effects occurred from 39 days to 22 days before departure
    • 100% of the total price of the trip, if the effects of withdrawal occurred from 21 days before departure.

    To determine the number of days for the calculation of the cancellation fee, the day when the cancellation of the contract for the purchase of the trip was delivered to CK HUBERTUS, in writing or by e-mail, is included. The total number of days does not include the day corresponding to the first day of the trip.

    CUB HUBERTUS has the right to set off the cancellation fee against the deposit deposit or the paid tour price.

    In case of cancellation of the trip, where the customer ordered the ticket, the amount for the ticket is non-refundable, ie. 100% cancellation fee.

    The claim for damages exceeding the amount of the canceled cancellation fee that was incurred by HUBERTUS by withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of the trip is not affected by the payment of the cancellation fee. The premium paid for the brokerage of the complete TA insurance is not included in the base for the calculation of the cancellation fee and the customer is not entitled to its refund unless otherwise agreed with the insurer.

  6. VI. COMPLAINTS, LIABILITY FOR DAMAGEIn the event that the scope and quality of the services provided do not objectively meet the agreed quality and level, the Customer is entitled to a remedy for the service ordered, which shall be applied immediately by the Service Provider or the Representative of the Contracting Authority. A written record is made of the fact, but it is not a claim under the relevant legislation. The Customer acknowledges that such written record is not a claim in the relevant legal word of § 741i par. 2 of Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended. In the event that a complaint filed under § 741i par. 2 of Act no. 40/1964 Coll., Will be incomplete or incomprehensible, the representative of CK HUBERTUS is obliged to invite the client to complete or correct the complaint within 7 days, while at the same time instructing the client how to complete or correct the incorrect complaint. This is without prejudice to the obligation of the travel agency to settle the claim within 30 days of its receipt.

    If it is not possible to settle the claim immediately and to remedy it, the representative of the HUBERTUS travel agent with the complainant will write a record of the trip, the claimant's name and the subject of the complaint. After returning, the customer applies a complaint to the contracting entity, not later than 3 months after the termination of the drawing of the service in question, supported by a written record. All complaints submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above shall be answered by CK HUBERTUS in writing within 30 days of receiving a proper complaint with all attachments.

    In the event that the damage is not caused by the contracting entity or its contractual partners, but the customer or third parties not related to the provision of the service in question, the contracting authority shall not be liable for any damage incurred. This also applies if the damage was caused by an event that could not be prevented or caused by unusual and unforeseeable circumstances.

    When solving a claim, the customer is obliged to provide the contracting authority with maximum cooperation in order to eliminate the deficiencies as effectively as possible and to prevent any damage or to reduce their extent.

    The subject of the claim is not compensation for damage and property damage, which are covered by the insurance cover on the basis of the insurance contract for travel insurance as well as liability insurance for the performance of the hunting right, which CUB HUBERTUS mediates in case of interest.

    In the case of a justified claim, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price difference between the ordered and actually provided services. This does not apply if the subject of the service is hunting and the customer fails to catch the desired species of game.

    If there are facts that arise, progress or change. the consequence is not dependent on the activity and procedure of the HUBERTUS travel agency or the fact on the part of the customer, on the basis of which the customer does not use the ordered and paid combination of services, wholly or in part, provided by the CUB HUBERRTUS, the customer is not entitled to a reimbursement or discount on the price of these services.

    CUB HUBERTUS is not responsible for the level of services ordered by the customer from third parties. The amount of damages as well as all other claims related to air transport, which may be included in the services provided (damage, loss, late delivery of the luggage, delay of the aircraft, etc.), are governed by the applicable aviation legislation.

    The Customer is personally responsible for compliance with passport, customs, transit, health, foreign exchange, transport and other related regulations of the SR as well as the country to which he / she travels, respectively. through it (transits). HUBERTUS is not responsible for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions and is not liable for any problems arising from violation of these regulations or incorrect actions or defects. omission of the customer.

    Customers signing up for a tour are responsible for the validity of their travel documents at the time of the trip (valid travel document 6 months after returning home, unless otherwise specified). If this is not the case and the customer is unable to participate in the tour for this reason, CK HUBERTUS proceeds in the same way as the client would cancel the tour. Customers who provide their own transport are responsible for any necessary documents necessary to travel abroad (green card, international driving license, etc.) on their own responsibility.

    The complaint must comply with all general and special requirements of the legal act defined in §34 et seq. Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Of the Civil Code, as amended, and must be filed no later than 3 months after the end of the trip or the termination of the services provided. The Customer is entitled to make a claim by means of remote communication in accordance with §34 et seq. Of the Civil Code to an email address ckhubertus@ckhubertus.com or mijaagency@mijaagency.com . Complaints submitted by electronic means must be secured by a guaranteed electronic signature and contain all necessary attachments for the claim.

    The Customer shall submit a written record for the recognition of claims in case of incorrectly provided service .

    The relevant entity for the alternative solution of consumer disputes (hereinafter referred to as ASR) with the travel agency is the Slovak Trade Inspection or other competent legal entity registered in the list of alternative dispute resolution entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The list is available at http://www.mhsr.sk/. The client is entitled to choose an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity to which he or she will turn. In addition to ADR, the client has the right to refer to the general and arbitration court of competent or local jurisdiction. The Customer may also exercise his rights and claims through the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform available on the Website http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Client completes the electronic complaint form when submitting the submission. The information they submit must be sufficient to identify the appropriate ADR entity online. The ADR entity may require the client to pay an ADR start fee. The Customer has the right to exercise his / her rights and claims and resolve them in an out-of-court manner and to this end submit a proposal to initiate an alternative solution to the dispute under Act. no. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts.

  7. VII. OTHER PROVISIONSWhen assessing the number of days of the trip, the customer acknowledges that the first and the last day is reserved for the rotation and transport of the clients and not for their own holiday. Accommodation is calculated by the number of nights. Even if the room is occupied in the early morning hours, the previous night counts as the accommodation provided. Departure as well as arrival may take place at any time of the day, both in the morning and at night. For this reason, complaints concerning the "shortening" of the length of stay are considered unfounded for the reasons stated. Each customer, ordering the trip, including his / her own shot (hunting guest) is obliged to have a valid hunting license, liability insurance for hunting, arms the license and its relevant internationally recognized forms and other documents referred to in point 6 of these general terms and conditions. Hunting tickets for aliens can be provided provided they are sent to the relevant forestry authority via the contracting authority. the following hunting association:

    A copy of your passport, a copy of your valid ticket. The provision of a ticket and insurance will be provided if the contracting authority ensures that the fee is charged according to the relevant price list of the institution.

    Hunting guest, needs to take hunting weapons across the boundaries of the invitation to hunt, which if requested by the customer (hunting guest) will be sent by the procurer by post to the address of the customer after signing the contract for the purchase of the trip and payment of a deposit of 50% of the tour price .

    The price of hunting is determined by the catalog and based on a valid price list. For trophy animals, the price / value of the trophy is not included in the hunting price, which is determined by the trophy point value. The trophies are scored according to the international CIC method. The value of the trophy according to the CIC is determined in the fresh state and serves only for commercial purposes. The fee for the preparation of the trophy is determined for each service ordered separately according to the type and trophy of the game. A surcharge of 100% will be added to the price for the service actually booked by the hunting escort of an unauthorized animal.

  8. VIII. INSURANCEHUBERTUS travel prices do not include comprehensive travel insurance. The ordering party may request the contracting entity to arrange them. Price and content are subject to a separate arrangement. Insurance relationship arises directly between the insurer and the insurance company. The price of all tours includes insurance against insolvency CK HUBERTUS.     We recommend that every traveler organized by HUBERTUS travel has a comprehensive travel insurance and liability insurance for hunting. In the event that the Client concludes the aforementioned insurance by the insurance company selected by the Client, the Customer is obliged in its own interest to check the conditions for which this insurance applies.

  9. IX. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISASEach tour participant must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour. All children must have their own passport. When traveling to countries with a visa requirement, CUB HUBERTUS can provide the customer with this service, or arrange the visa itself.

    The HUBERTUS travel agency is not liable for damages incurred by the customer due to delays on the state borders, or return to the home country if the client deliberately concealed previous trips to the country, which resulted in eg. expulsion from that country.

  10. X. FINAL PROVISIONS

    The General Terms and Conditions of CUB HUBERTUS enter into force upon signing the Contract for the Purchase of a Trip by the Client and its confirmation by CK HUBERTUS. They are an integral part of the Travel Agreement.

    By signing the Contract for the Provision of a Tour, the Customer confirms that these General Contractual Terms and Conditions are known to him, he understands them, agrees with them and accepts them in full.

    These Terms and Conditions apply to tours and services provided by the Contracting Authority, unless the Contracting Authority has agreed in advance with the Customer a different range of reciprocal rights and obligations. The Customer uses the provided services in its own name on its own responsibility and risk, while the Client is not responsible for any damage to health or property that was not caused by the direct action of the Contracting Authority.

    All data and instructions contained in the HUBERTUS catalog and price list on services, prices, travel conditions correspond to the information known at the time of entering the catalog into the press, respectively. at the time of the update-site, HUBERTUS reserves the right to change them until the time of concluding the Tour of the Contract, taking into account the current conditions.

     These general terms and conditions of travel agency CK HUBERTUS come into force on 01.01.2019. All data contained in the bid catalogs as well as the individual provisions of these terms and conditions are current as of the date of their processing into print and are based on facts and legal status as of the date of their issue. The contractual relations between the passenger and the travel agency CK HUBERTUS before 01.04.2019 and the legal relations arising therefrom shall be governed by the law and regulations in force and effective before 01/04/2019.

    The Slovak Trade Inspection is the supervisory authority controlling compliance with the HUBERTUS travel agency's obligation under the generally binding legislation. Disputes that may arise from a Contract between the Parties may be resolved alternatively, through Alternative Dispute Resolution Bodies (the Slovak Trade Inspection and other entities listed in the Alternative Dispute Resolution List maintained by the Ministry of Economy).
